Turbo Manifolds

Made From 321 Stainless Steel schedule 10 tubing.  Precision CNC cut Head, Turbine Inlet, and Wastegate flanges.  Manifolds are professionally Hand TIG welded in house, Port matched, and utilize flawless low angle merge collectors.  Manifold can be setup for T3, T3 divided, T4 Tangential, and T4 Divided Turbine housings.  Divided Housings are runner match 1-4 and 2-3.  38mm, 40mm, 44mm, or 46mm TiAL Wastegate Flanges available.  NEW: Log manifolds now available!

3" Top Mount Downpipe
Made from 316 Stainless Steel 16 gauge tubing and precision cut CNC flanges.  Two o2 bungs and stainless steel flex pipe come standard with the downpipe.  Please contact for optional 3.5" and 4" Downpipes.  See pictures above

3" Top Mount Downpipe
Made from 316 Stainless Steel 16 gauge tubing and precision cut CNC flanges.   Routes atmospherically dumped exhaust away from vulnerable parts.  See pictures above

Made from a stock DOHC or SRT-4 core, 1/4" sheet aluminum, and 3/8" thick TB flanges.  Meticulously Hand TIG welded!   Manifolds are designed using Solidworks and run in CFD analysis!  Manifolds are hand ported, including port match and injector humps filled.  Manifolds have a large radius port entrance. Manifold comes with a 60mm throttle body flange,  boss for factory MAP sensor, and 3 additional 1/4" NPT ports.  Manifold's head flange is surfaced to insure proper sealing surface.  Manifold comes with the coolant port modification (coolant port is separated from the intake manifold to reduce heat transfer to #1 cylinder) (dyno, track, and street proven!)

R/TErnie Fuel System (NEW RELEASE!!!)

Tested to 530whp!!!!   Available in a single -6AN Feed/-6AN Return!  System utilizes a Walbro 255lph in-tank pump, R/TErnie billet fuel rail, Aeromotive 1:1 FPR, Russel Fuel pressure gauge, Earls Fittings, clamps, and all necessary hardware!  System comes with hose ends pre installed and cut to length.   NOTE: Must send in fuel top to be modified.
